摘要 城市建设发展快速,各种用电业扩报装增多且无规律,使得配电线路停电越来越多,导致配电网络供电可靠性下降,不仅造成供电部门电量损失,更影响其他用户的正常用电。针对绝缘斗臂车受地形环境影响不能到达开展带电作业的区域,通过对带电作业方法及工具的研究,改良穿刺接地挂环并研制了专用安装工具,利用绝缘平台实现了带电搭火工作。 With the rapid development of urban construction,the electric power installation for various electric utility is increased and without any rules,which makes the line outage of the distribution power lines more and more and reliability of the distribution network power supply decreased. This phenomenon can result in power loss of the power supply branch,and impact on the normal electricity utilizing of other users. Since the aerial device with insulating boom affected by the terrain environment can′t arrive to the area of live working,the puncture grounding ring was improved and the special installation tool was developed by the research of the live working method and working apparatus. The insulation platform is used to realize the electric lineconnection work.
