摘要 血友病是一组性隐性遗传的出血性疾病,以关节、肌肉、内脏和深部组织出血或轻微外伤后过度出血为特征,其中以关节出血最为常见[1]。反复关节出血导致滑膜增生、慢性滑膜炎、软骨破坏、骨质疏松以及关节间隙狭窄,严重者关节强直、肌肉萎缩出现关节活动受限[2]。
