Solution to off-track fault of belt weigher in FDPE Plant

皮带秤是塑料厂全密度气相流化床工艺装置造粒系统核心设备,担负着聚乙烯树脂粉料输送计量的任务。2012年装置开工由于皮带秤跑偏,造成装置无法平稳生产。通过对跑偏故障进行综合分析,重新对皮带秤进行改造设计、安装调试,解决了皮带秤跑偏的故障,满足了生产要求。

The belt weigher is a key equipment of pelletizing system in FDPE gas phase fluidized bed process plant,andundertakes the task of PE granule conveying and metering. Because the belt weigher was off track during plant startup in2012,it was impossible for the plant to keep smooth and steady production. By comprehensive analysis to the off-trackfault,reformation design,installation and testing were made again to the belt weigher,thus the off-stack fault was resolved,and production requirement was met.
