需求视阈下高校思想政治教育实效性提升路径研究

大学生的不同需求是推动高校思想政治教育工作的内在主导力。多样化的世界决定了大学生具有多元化、多层次、个性化的需求,包括物质需求与精神需求、个性需求与共性需求、自我价值需求与社会价值需求。需求是人的内在属性,是人的行为的原始驱动力,需求理想与现实满足之间的矛盾要求高校思想政治工作者积极关注大学生的多元化需求,激发大学生将低级需求转化为高级需求,提高高校思想政治教育的实效性,实现思想政治教育的目标。

College students＇ different needs are the main force in promoting the ideological and political education work in colleges and universities. The diverse world determines diversified,multi-level and personalized needs of college students,including material demand and spiritual demand,individual demand and common demand,self-value demand and social value demand. Demand is the inherent attributes of human beings,and the original driving force to human behavior. Contradictions between ideal needs and realities require ideological and political education workers to pay attention to diverse needs of students to stimulate college students transform lower demand into higher demand,which help to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities and achieve the goal of ideological and political education.
