摘要
高校教师的教学理念体现了其对教学究竟是什么和教学到底能够做什么的理性思考,反映了其对教学应然、理想状态的追求与向往。高校教学理念具有超越性、发展性、稳定性、个体性、多样性和实践性等鲜明特点,其形成过程基本经历了愿望、理解、内化、信念、运用和反思等阶段。
The teacher's teaching idea in colleges and universities reflects his or her rational thinking about what is the teaching and what can him or her do,it also reflects his or her ideal pursuit of what state of teaching ought to be. The teacher's teaching idea in colleges and universities has distinct characteristics of transcendence,development,stability,individuality,diversity and practical,its development has six stages: desire,understanding,internalization,faith,using and reflection.
