摘要
本文在介绍工程安全与风险关系、风险指数法的基础上,根据基层一线水利水电工程建设、运行的风险监测、分析、管理与研究经验,结合2012年中国大坝年会、2013年国际大坝年会的相关信息及有关文献,为了更好地促进水利水电工程可持续发展、提高工程风险管理水平的角度,对应用I指数法对现行规范自动化监测与风险控制的完善进行了探讨,提出了对现行规范完善的意见和建议。
With the development of science and technology, new methods and instruments for the risk monitoring of hydraulic projects keep emerging. With the fast development of automation, the relevant monitoring specifica- tions have been updated continually. According to the accumulated experiences in the risk monitoring, risk analy- sis, management and research in hydraulic projects, and in combination with the related information and relevant documentations of China Dam 2012 Annum Conference and International Dam 2013 Annual Conference, Utilizing I Index Method for the Perfection of the Automatic Monitoring and Risk Control in the Current Specification was explored in order to promote a sustainable development for hydraulic projects and improve hydraulic projects man- agement. Some suggestions for the improvement of the current specification were proposed.
