摘要 依托312国道无锡段就地热再生试验路,通过与原路面材料性能进行分析对比,研究了老化沥青的性能改善、级配恢复以及再生混合料性能;设计并在实体工程中实施了3种再生方案,并通过对再生路面性能的长期跟踪观测,验证了就地热再生的效果;开展了定量效益分析,结果表明,相对铣刨重铺,再生工艺可节约工程经费、减少环境污染,具有显著的经济效益和环境效益。 Based on the hot in-place recycling (HIR) test road project of Wuxi section of the national highway 312, this paper studied recycled asphalt property improvement, aggregate gradation characteristics recovery and recycled mixture performance, by comparing with the performances of the original asphalt pavement material. Then three different recycled schemes were designed and applied on the field test road project, and the application effect of HIR was verified through long-term monitoring and inspection. Finally, the benefit was analyzed quantitatively. The results showed that compared with the milling and overlaying method, HIR could reduce the cost and environmental pollution with significant economic and environmental benefits.
