摘要
在区域干线公路网络调整的时代背景下,文章以安徽省为例,对省道网规划中的总量规模、结构体系、地方诉求以及自身连通、覆盖的要求等关键问题进行了深入探讨,采用类比的方法提出了省道网总量规模的合理区间;对放射线体系的恢复与取消进行了深入论证;提出了若干的规划原则以判别地方诉求的合理性,此外,还从区域路网整体覆盖、连通的需求出发,提出了省道网的通达程度指标。
Under the background of regional highway network adjusting, this article took provincial highway of Anhui province as an example to study the key technology of highway line planning. The key issues such as reasonable scale, framework, cities and counties appeal, connectivity and coverage had been analyzed in this article. In response to these problems, the analogies method had been used to present a reasonable range of the scale, and whether recover or cancel the radiation system also been demonstrated, some planning principles were proposed to determine the reasonableness of local opinion. In addition, this article also proposed the accessibility from highway network's own functional requirements.
