心率变异性对低氧训练的监测研究

摘要 心率变异性(HRV)分析是研究心脏自主神经调节功能的无创性方法,由于其具有无创、便捷的特点被广泛应用于运动训练中心血管自主神经功能评估和运动员身体机能的监控中,对运动训练有着非常重要的监测作用。近年来,HRV在低氧训练中的应用得到了快速发展,在低氧训练对运动员心血管机能评价、运动训练适应性方面取得了一定的进展。
