摘要
目前地铁车辆各系统地面试验在静调环节中仍是测试过程复杂、测试信号量大的一项工作,为提高地铁车辆的静态调试的准确性,减少工作量,提高效率,文章根据当前地铁车辆生产测试要求,结合现代嵌入式技术,无线通信技术及工业现场总线通信技术设计并介绍了基于无线通讯的地铁车辆数据采集终端原理及实现,此设计有效地提高了地铁车辆各系统地面试验在静调环节中的调试效率及测试精度。
At present testing process of system ground test of metro vehicles in the static transfer link was complicated, with large amount of test signal. In order to improve the accuracy of tatic debugging, reduce workload and improve efficiency, therefore according to the current metro vehicle production test requirements, combined with modern embedded technology, wireless communication technology and industrial site bus communication technology, this paper introduced principle and the design of metro vehicle data acquisition terminal based on wireless communication principle. This design could effectively improve the testing efficiency and precision of the system ground test of metro vehicles in the static transfer links.
