Shallow Discussion about the Construction of Socialist Core Values Boosted by the Rule of Law

法治与社会主义核心价值观具有内在的关联性,其二者都具有人民性的特征,对人民及其利益高度关注,同时二者又体现在价值观是制度的精髓和灵魂,制度是价值观的外化形式。宪法的四大基本价值与社会主义核心价值观主要价值理念内在契合。用法治来助推社会主义核心价值观建设是基于世情、国情判断的必然选择,由此应通过全面加强立法、执法、司法及守法等方面工作,使法治能够有效助推社会主义核心价值观的建设。

There is an intrinsic correlation between the rule of law and socialist core values, both of which characterize great concern for the people and their interests and are embodied in the be- lief that values are the essence and soul of a system while a system is the external manifestation of values. The four basic values in the current constitution of our country intrinsically fit into the main concepts of socialist core values. Boosting the construction of socialist core values by the rule of law is the inevitable choice based on the judgment of current situation at home and abroad. Thus, we should comprehensively strengthen legislation, law enforcement, judicial work and law-abiding so as to boost the construction of socialist core values by the rule of law effectively.
