摘要
"马航370事件"中,我国公民的海外安全利益遭受重大损失。作为航空事故处理的重要环节,我国航空事故调查制度也因此次事件凸显出一系列问题亟待解决。围绕我国目前的航空事故调查的法律体系,文章概述了此次航空事故的性质、调查主体和程序,分析了我国航空事故调查制度现存的法律困境,并就如何完善这一制度提出了对策和建议。
In the ＂MH370 Incident＂, Chinese citizens suffered significant losses in the overseas safety interests. As an important link in handling aviation accidents, Chinese aviation accident in- vestigation system has highlighted a series of problems to be solved urgently owing to this inci- dent. Revolving around the legal system of China＇s current aviation accident investigation, this paper outlines the nature, investigation subjects and procedures of the air accident, analyzes the existing legal dilemma of China＇s aviation accident investigation system and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve this system.
