文化旅游产业空间非均衡性与集聚度测度研究——以环太湖地区为例

Study on the Measurement of Spatially Unbalanced Development and Industrial Agglomeration Degree of Cultural Tourism Industry in the Tai Lake Area

以环太湖地区为研究对象,结合相关年鉴和调研数据对其范围内20个区县文化旅游产业发展的空间非均衡性和集聚度进行定量测度。研究结果显示,环太湖地区文化旅游产业发展呈现地区非均衡发展的势头,而产业的发展集中于少数几个区县则使该态势愈演愈烈。此外,在2011至2015年五年间,两个产业的空间集聚HHI指数保持高度增长的状态,三个产业发展平缓,仅有文化休闲娱乐旅游产业成下滑趋势;2015年整个产业空间集聚度呈现出由高到低之势,其中尤以文化旅游商品产业集聚度最为明显。为促进产业区域空间差异化布局和整体性发展并进一步促进产业统筹发展,给出相应的发展思路和对策建议,以期为政策制定者提供有价值的决策参考。

With the combination of related annuals and investigation data,this dissertation has made a quantitative meas- urement of spatially unbalanced development and industrial agglomeration degree of cultural tourism industries in the range of 20 different districts of the Tai Lake area. According to the research, the industry shows an unbalanced development trend,while the concentration of industry in several districts has made the trend more and more obvious. In addition, among the six cultural tourism industries,industrial agglomeration degree of two has increased rapidly from 2011 to 2015, while the other three have maintained a smooth increase, the cultural leisure and recreation tourism industry has being decreased. The agglomeration trend has shown a trend of arranging form high to low in 2015 ,especially in cultural tourism commodity industry. In order to restrain the tendency and boost the spatial agglomeration, this paper has offered corresponding solutions in order to provide valuable de- cisions for the policy-makers.
