针对高职对口招生学生,阐述了中高职人才培养模式衔接工作的重点.以计算机应用技术专业为例,对中高职人才培养目标的衔接、中高职课程体系的衔接进行研究,提出了"以岗位能力、职业技能认证及职业资格认证的衔接引领中高职人才培养目标的衔接"模式,同时对中高职课程体系的衔接提出了实际的解决方案.

The paper expounds the focal point of the convergence of talents training mode in vocational colleges according to the enrolled counterpart students.Taking Computer Application Technology as an example,the article analyses the connection of training objectives and curriculum systems between the secondary and the higher vocational schools.It puts forward the model of the training objectives guided by connection among position ability,professional skill certification and professional qualification certification,and proposes practical solutions about curriculum system connection.
