根据地方院校应用型人才培养目标,结合菏泽学院人文地理与城乡规划专业教学实际和多年的人才培养教学改革成果,从人才培养定位、人才培养模式、课程体系建设、教学内容、教学方法和实践教学等方面提出应用型人才培养的具体措施和建议,旨在提升人文地理与城乡规划专业的教学质量和办学水平.

In accordance with application oriented talent training objective of local undergraduate universities,the training mode of human geography and urban rural planning major was constructed on the basis of perennial professional teaching experience and teaching reform achievements.The study puts forward physical measures of application oriented talents training from professional positioning,training mode,course system,teaching contents,methods and practical teaching,which could improve the related teaching quality and the level of running a school.
