组合微创技术治疗复杂性退行性腰椎管狭窄症51例 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨组合微创技术治疗重症退变性腰椎管狭窄症的临床效果。方法51例腰椎管狭窄症患者中,27例采用经双侧多裂肌间隙入路减压、椎间盘切除、椎间植骨(TLIF)、钉棒固定术;另24例采用经单侧多裂肌间隙入路减压、椎间盘切除、椎间植骨(TLIF)、钉棒固定术,对侧经皮椎弓根螺钉固定术。结果51例患者均获得随访,随访时间为7~18个月,平均13.1个月。采用Maenab评定疗效,优31例,良18例,可2例,优良率94.2%。结论组合微创技术能很好地解决一些复杂的重症退变性腰椎管狭窄症患者症状,获得安全、有效的治疗效果,组合微创技术具有操作方便、对组织损伤小、出血少、恢复快的优点,值得推广应用。
