Objective:To probe into the effect of comprehensive nursing measures for patients with vascular cognitive dysfunction. Methods:A total of 78 cases of patients with vascular cognitive dysfunction were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,39 cases in each. The patients in control group were given routine nursing interventions, the patients in observation group were given comprehensive nursing measures. The patients were evaluated and compared by using MMSE、MOCA、ADL-Bathel indexes. Results:On admission, there was no statistically significant difference in MMSE score between both groups(P〉0.05),after three months of intervention, the score of patients in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05);The MOCA score of patients in observation group was superior to that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).There was no statistical difference in ADL Bathel index between both groups on admission(P〉0.05).After three months of intervention, compared with that in control group the ADL Bathel index in observation group was much higher, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Compared with routine nursing, comprehensive nursing measures were helpful to promote the cognitive function in patients with vascular cognitive dysfunction, and improve the patient's accept ability and the ability of life.
