授权教育对维持性血液透析病人治疗依从性及生活质量的影响

Influence of empowerment education on treatment compliance and quality of life of maintenance hemodialysis patients

[目的]探讨授权教育对维持性血液透析病人治疗依从性及生活质量的影响。[方法]选择血液透析病人86例随机分为两组,对照组采用传统健康教育模式,观察组采用授权教育模式,时间6个月,采用肾脏病饮食依从态度量表(RAAQ)及肾脏病饮食依从行为量表(RABQ)、原发性高血压药物依从性(CPAT)、授权量表、肾病病人生活质量量表(KDQOL)进行调查,比较两组病人干预前后饮食药物依从性、授权评分、观察组干预前后生活质量。[结果]两组病人干预前饮食依从态度、饮食依从行为、服药依从性、授权评分、观察组干预前KDQOL-SF评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后两组病人饮食依从态度、饮食依从行为、服药依从性、授权评分、观察组干预后KDQOL-SF评分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]授权教育可以提高血液透析病人治疗依从性,进而提高病人的生活质量。

Objective：To probe into the influence of empowerment education on treatment compliance and quality of life of maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods：A total of 86 cases of hemodialysis patients were randomly divided into two groups,patients in control group were given traditional health education model and the patients in observation group received empowerment education model,6months.The effect were investigated by using the Renal Adherence Attitudes Questionnaire（RAAQ）and the Renal Adherence Behaviour Questionnaire（RABQ）,Compliance in Patient with Antihypertensive Therapy（CPAT）,Empowerment scale and Kidney Disease Quality Of Life Short Form（KDQOL）.Then compare the diet and medicine compliance,empowerment score were compared in both groups before and after intervention,the quality of life of the observation group of patients was compared before and after the intervention.Results：There was no statistically significant difference in diet compliance attitude,diet compliance behavior,medicine taking compliance,empowerment score between both groups before the intervention（P〉0.05）.the KDQOL-SF score of the observation group before intervention had no statistical significance.However,after the intervention there was statistically significant difference in the diet compliance attitude,diet compliance behavior,medicine taking compliance,empowerment score（P〈0.05）and KDQOL-SF score of the observation group after intervention had statistical significance.Conclusion：The empowerment education could improve the treatment compliance of hemodialysis patients,thereby improving their quality of life.
