摘要
目的探讨下肢深静脉血栓形成(deep venous thrombosis,DVT)的高危致病因素。方法通过分析2012年1月至2015年12月间临床诊治的下肢深静脉血栓患者196例的临床资料,找出与下肢深静脉血栓发病有关的主要致病因素。结果下肢深静脉血栓形成与年龄、手术、肿瘤、创伤、其他严重内科疾病、卧床等因素密切相关。结论通过分析DVT致病的危险因素,提高诊断水平,减少误诊率,降低肺动脉栓塞的发生,降低病死率。
Objective To analyze the risk factors of deep venous thrombosis （DVT） of lower extremities. Methods The clinical data of 196 cases of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis in patients with clinical diagnosis and treatment of the January 2012 to December 2015 were analyzed to find out the main pathogenesis and the incidence of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity factors. Results Deep vein thrombosis is closely related with age, surgery, trauma, tumor and other serious diseases in Department of internal medicine, prolonged lie in bed etc. Conclusion By analyzing the risk factors of DVT, we could improve the diagnosis, decrease the misdiagnosis rate, thereby decrease pulmonary embolism, reduce the mortality rate.
