小儿肺炎支原体感染与咳嗽变异性哮喘的相关性分析被引量：7

摘要目的分析小儿肺炎支原体感染与咳嗽变异性哮喘的相关性。方法选取2014年7月至2015年11月于维吾尔自治区第二济困医院就诊的患儿158例,其中以诊断为CVA 79例为观察组,以诊断为上呼吸道感染79例为对照组。检测所有患儿的肺炎支原体抗体,以及计数观察组的血嗜酸粒细胞。比较两组患儿MP-Ig M抗体的阳性率情况和EOC计数结果。结果观察组血清MP-Ig M抗体阳性率远高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组血清MP-Ig M抗体阳性CVA患儿的EOC远高于血清MP-Ig M抗体阴性CVA患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿肺炎支原体感染与CVP间相关性大。
