国家剧院是现代政治国家所提供的主要用于表演艺术展演的,代表国家形象、承载民族特性的公共性文化设施。她是国家表演艺术的最高殿堂。本文以英国国家剧院为例,探索国家剧院的目标及其实现方式,以期为正处于改革转型中的国家级剧院提供借鉴与参考。

National Theater is a public cultural facility used for performing arts, which represents a nation＇s image and its characteristic, and it is also the supreme palace for performing arts. Taking British National Theater as example, this paper in question analyzes the objective of National Theater and its realization mode, for the purpose of providing some references to our national theaters during their process of reform and transformation.
