摘要
反应性弹性体三元共聚物(RET:Reactive Elastomeric Terpolymer)是一种全新的化学聚合物沥青改性剂,经RET改性后沥青的布式粘度增加,高温性能有着较为明显的提高,温度敏感性降低,抗老化能力提高,但其对沥青混合料的低温改善效果并不显著或有负面影响,为改善RET改性沥青混合料的低温抗裂性,提出采用RET与聚酯纤维复配方案,并分别以基质沥青混合料和4.5%SBS的改性沥青混合料为参照对象,深入研究了RET与聚酯纤维改性沥青混合料的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、水稳定性和疲劳性能,从而评价分析了RET掺量对复合改性沥青混合料路用性能的改善效果,最终基于综合路用性能试验推荐了RET与聚酯纤维复合改性沥青混合料最佳的复配方案。
RET( Reactive Elastomeric Terpolymer) is a new chemical polymer asphalt modifier,after RET modified asphalt distributed increase viscosity,high temperature performance has a more significant increase,lower temperature sensitivity,aging capacity increased. however its low temperature cracking resistance of asphalt mixture the improvement is not obvious,this article proposes the use of RET and polyester complex methods,respectively,modified bituminous asphalt and 4. 5% SBS mixes as a reference object,in-depth study of the RET and polyester composite modified asphalt mixture high temperature stability,low temperature cracking resistance,water stability and fatigue performance analysis to evaluate the content of RET composite modified asphalt pavement performance improvement effect,and ultimately based on to recommend an integrated way with polyester RET complex change with performance test asphalt mixture best complex solutions.
