在宏观教育的大环境下,高等学校教育要适应社会发展的需要,分析总结自身存在的问题和不足,充分利用"互联网+"的教学模式,采用慕课、翻转课堂、微课及虚拟仿真实验室等切实可行的操作方式,与教师的课堂教学有机集合起来,将高等教育大众化,打破高校与高校之间、学校教育与非学校教育之间的壁垒,实现教育资源的共享和教育的平等。
