摘要 TMS320C6678 DSP是TI公司基于Key Stone结构的高性能浮点DSP处理器。通过加入全新的、革命性的C66x核,该DSP芯片最快可以运行在1.25GHz的主频上。由于该芯片的独特优势,其被广泛的运用在军事、医疗、通信、自动化等诸多领域。本文详细地介绍了基于EMIF接口的TMS320C6678多核自启动原理、软硬件设计方法、注意事项及具体的实现步骤。最后以某块基于TMS320C6678的自研板卡为例,完成了程序的上电EMIF自启动,验证了本文方法的正确性和有效性。 The TMS320C6678 DSP is a highest-performance fixed/floating-point DSP that is based on TI's Key Stone multicore architecture. Incorporating the new and innovative C66 x DSP core, this device can run at a core speed of up to 1.25 GHz. Since the special advantages of the DSP, it has been widely used in a broad range of applications, such as mission critical, medical imaging, automation, and other applications requiring high performance. In this paper, the principles of the boot processing on TMS320C6678, the software and hardware design, the realization steps and some notes are given in details. Finally, boot processing has been completed through EMIF interface with power up based on a user-made TMS320C6678 print circuit board, which verifies the correctness and effectivness of the proposed method.
