基于单片机的多路温度控制器设计与研究

摘要 针对目前温控技术滞后、效率低等问题,以AT89C51单片机为主控芯片、DS18B20为信号传感器,设计了基于单片机的多路温度控制器。文中对系统功能模块进行了详细阐述,系统模块主要包含主控模块、温度采集模块、人机交互模块、声光报警模块和温度升降控制模块。同时对硬件系统和软件系统设计方案进行了详细说明。最后还进行了系统仿真实验,基本实现了系统预期功能。文中设计的多路温度控制系统原理简单,抗干扰能力较强,因此具有一定的使用价值和应用前景。 Aiming at the problems such as the temperature control technology's lagging behind,its low efficiency and so on, multiplex temperature controller based on single chip microcomputer is designed. It takes single chip microcomputer AT89C51 as the master control chip and takes DS18B20 as the signal transducer. In this paper, the function module of the system is described in detail. The system module mainly includes master control module, temperature acquisition module, human computer interaction module, sound and light alarm module and heat and cool control module. At the same time, the hardware system and software system design are described in detail. Finally, the system simulation experiment is carried out, and the expected function of the system is realized basically. Multiplex temperature control system is simple and has strong anti-interference ability, so it has a certain value and application prospect.
