自然杀伤T细胞:胆道疾病新参与者?

摘要 胆汁淤积性肝病的发病机制,特别是自身免疫性肝炎、原发性胆汁性肝硬化(PBC)、原发性硬化性胆管炎(PSC)中免疫介导的胆管损伤发病机制还不完全清楚。一方面胆道的上皮层是朝向胆汁的一大黏膜屏障,直接将肠道和肝脏联系起来,另一方面胆道细胞与各种非实质肝细胞和来自肠道的静脉血接触。
