摘要 对生物质紧凑型UNIQUE气化工艺和多级气化工艺进行了介绍,并对目前多联产工艺路线进行了说明,分析了等离子体气化和超临界水气化等生物质新型气化技术原理,指出了等离子体气化主要应用于废物处理,其优势是产气中H_2和CO含量高,CO_2和焦油含量低,热值高;超临界水气化的主要优点是湿生物质无需预干燥。 Biomass gasification has high potential and can realize high efficient utilization of biomass.By gasification,all different types of biomass can be converted into syngas comprising hydrogen,carbon monoxide,carbon dioxide and methane,thus to increase the biomass utilization ratio.In this paper,the compact UNIQUE gasification process of biomass gasification and multistage gasification process are introduced,and the current polygeneration process route is illustrated.The principle of new biomass gasification technology such as Plasma gasification and supercritical water gasification are analyzed.The present situation of its application and advantages are pointed out.
