摘要
在改性聚氨酯填料(MPU)的基础上,以自主研发的负载电气石的新型聚氨酯填料(TMPU)为研究对象,构建TMPU-SBBR反应系统,与未负载电气石聚氨酯SBBR系统对比,考察电气石对TMPU生物膜系统启动过程的影响。当曝气量控制在90 L/h、温度20±1℃,每个周期的运行操作为瞬间充水,曝气时间5-8 h,静置0.5 h,排水10 min。历时14 d,TMPU生物膜反应器完成启动过程,氨氮去除率达89.1%,COD去除率达86.7%。此研究为进一步考察该新型载体生物膜系统的脱氮效能及电气石对微生物代谢功能的促进作用提供理论依据。
Based on modified polyurethane filler(MPU), this experiment regarded self-developed tourmaline load new polyurethane filler TMPU as the research object. TMPU-SBBR reaction system was constructed, and it was compared with MPU- SBBR system. Effect of tourmaline on the start-up process of TMPU biofilm system was investigated. The results show that, when aeration amount is controlled at 90 L/h, the temperature is(20)±1℃, aeration time is 5-8 h, holding time is 0.5 h, drainage is10 min, the TMPU biofilm reactor can be successfully completed after 14 d, the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen is about 89%, the removal rate of COD is about 86%.
