摘要
针对煤直接液化装置在原设计生产中,煤浆制备单元和分馏单元所排放的含固污油进行回炼的方法进行了分析,经过几年的开停车发现,原设计回炼方法不仅浪费溶剂油而且给操作和罐区的储存均带来不便,通过多次试验、技术改造及攻关提出了煤直接液化装置内部回炼含固污油的技术应用,此技术应用不仅节约了能源而且大大降低了人员劳动强度。
Based on the original design of the coal direct liquefaction plant, the original recycling method of solid-containing waste oil from coal slurry preparation unit and fractionation unit was analyzed. Actual operation showed that the original recycling method not only can waste solvent oil, but also can bring inconvenience to the operators. Through numerous experiments and technological innovation, a new technology of direct recycling solid-containing waste oil in direct coal liquefaction plant was put forward. This technology can save energy and greatly reduce the labor intensity.
