水含量对对二甲苯(PX)装置吸附剂(ADS-37)吸附效果的影响

摘要 ADS-37是生产PX的吸附剂,吸附过程中水含量的多少对产品纯度有很大影响。本文主要研究了水的加入量对ADS-37吸附效果的影响,通过对产品纯度数据的分析表明,抽余液和抽出液流出旋转阀时含水量为40 ppm左右时,吸附剂中含水量是适当的。当吸附剂中严重缺水后,产品纯度受到很大影响,提高注水至120 ppm。吸附塔产品纯度上升明显,达到合格指标。 ADS-37 is a kind of adsorbent for PX production, water content of the adsorption process has a great influence on the purity of the product. In this article, influence of adding amount of water on the ADS-37 adsorption effect was studied. The results indicate that, when water content of raffinate and displacing liquid flowed from rotary valve is about 40 ppm, the water content in adsorbent is appropriate. If the water content in adsorbent water is insufficient, product purity will be greatly affected;after improving water injection to 120 ppm, the product purity rises obviously and achieves qualified indicators.
