摘要
链条锅炉煤种适应性差,不适于单烧无烟煤及结焦性强和低发热量的劣质煤;燃烧不完全使锅炉出力不足;对负荷适应力差,运行不稳时,炉渣含碳量高。针对以上问题,本文主要介绍通过加装分层给煤装置,强化煤质引燃和燃尽,从而增加锅炉出力,提高热效率并降低烟尘排放。火烧山作业区2台6 t/h锅炉经过改造后,锅炉热效率提高15%左右,节能减排效果较为明显,同时在实际生产中取得了良好的经济效益。
Chain boiler has poor adaptability for coal type, and is not suitable for burning anthracite and inferior coal; the incomplete combustion causes the deficiency of boiler output; it has poor adaptability for load, the running is instability, the slag contains high carbon content. In view of the above problems, layered coal feeding device was installed to strengthen the coal ignition and burnout, so the output of boiler was increased, the thermal efficiency was improved and emission of soot was reduced. After 2 sets of 6 t/h boilers in Huoshaoshan mountain operation district were transformed, the thermal efficiency of the boiler was increased by 15%, energy-saving emission reduction effect was obvious, good economic benefits were obtained.
