Research Progress of Desulfurization and Decarbonization Technologies for Natural Gas With Low Sulfur Content and High Carbon/Sulphur Ratio

摘要 原料气中的H2S和CO2不仅污染环境,更不利于商品天然气的利用,因此,选择适宜的脱硫脱碳溶剂十分必要。本文分析了低含硫高碳硫比天然气的气质特点,并且讨论了脱除二氧化碳的工艺选择所考虑的因素。并介绍了适宜高碳硫比脱硫脱碳的胺吸收法和热碳酸盐法。 H2S and CO2 in the feed gas not only can pollute the environment, but also are not conducive to use of commercial natural gas, as a result, it is necessary to choose appropriate desulfurization and decarbonization solvent for removing them. In this paper, characteristics of natural gas with low sulfur content and high carbon/sulphur ratio were analyzed, and some factors that need to be considered in choosing the removal process of carbon dioxide were discussed. And amine desulfurization absorption method and hot carbonate method suitable for natural gas with low sulfur content and high carbon/sulphur ratio were introduced.
