摘要二芳基甲醇及其衍生物是重要的有机合成中间体,广泛存在天然产物、药物、新型功能材料结构单元中。过渡金属催化芳基硼酸对醛进行加成反应合成二芳基甲醇类化合物成为研究热点。本文综述了铑催化芳基硼酸对醛的加成反应。 Diaryl methanol and its derivatives are important intermediates in organic synthesis, and widely exist in the structural units of natural products, drugs, new functional materials.Synthesis of diaryl compounds by transition metal-catalyzed addition reaction of aryl boronic acid to aldehyde has become a research hotspot. In this paper, research progress in Rh-catalyzed addition reactions of aryl boronic acid to aromatic aldehydes was introduced.
