摘要
采用等效圆筒模型对停输和再启动过程进行简化,建立苏嵯输油管道停输及再启动过程的非稳态流动及传热数学模型,利用OLGA软件对模型进行求解,运用此方法得到苏嵯输油管道一年四季的安全停输时间分别为春季15 h,夏季22 h,秋季25 h,冬季14 h。
The equivalent cylinder model was used to simplify the process of the shutdown and restarting, and an unsteady flow and heat transfer mathematical model of Sucuo oil pipeline shutdown and restarting process was established, finally OLGA software was used to solve the model. The results show that the safety margin of Sucuo pipeline shutdown is 15 h in spring, is 22 h in summer, is 25 h in autumn and is 14 h in winter.
