挖掘机多路阀自动测试系统的设计

Design of Automatic Testing System for Excavator Multi-way Valve

根据液压多路阀测试标准要求,设计了基于NI-DAQ的挖掘机液压多路阀测试系统。该系统采用电液比例技术完成液压系统的控制,通过NI数据采集卡实现了数据的采集、处理、显示、管理、测试过程对多路阀的复杂控制等功能。实际应用表明,该测试系统测试精度和试验效率高,能够自动完成多路阀的各类型式试验和出厂试验。

According to the requirements of multi-way valve testing standards,this paper mainly introduces a testing system of multi-way valve whose control is based on NI-DAQ.The system adopts electro-hydraulic proportional technology to implement the controls of the hydraulic system.The system uses NI data acquisition card to realize automatic test,including data acquisition,processing,display,management and control command outputting.
