摘要
考虑弹壳产品的多尺寸检测是制约弹壳生产效率提高的主要因素,引入机器视觉技术建立一个弹壳的多尺寸测量系统,通过对弹壳产品的正、侧图像采集、利用灰度矩边缘检测对图像处理分析、采用Hough变换检测直线、进而计算测量相关尺寸等环节,实现对弹壳产品多个尺寸的非接触精密检测。对一组合格产品的七个尺寸检测实验表明:基于机器视觉的弹壳多尺寸测量系统,可以实现对弹壳多个尺寸的快速精确检测,具有良好的应用前景。
Considering that the size measurement of cartridge cases is important to improve the productivity,this paper makes use of vision technology to build a system of measurement of cartridge case sizes.The size measurement includes image acquisition of the cartridge case,image process based on edge detection using grey moment,line detection using Hough transform and calculating sizes.The experiment for seven sizes of a set of cartridge case is performed.
