摘要
单片机是高度集成有中央处理器、定时器/计数器、输入/输出口等的微型处理器芯片,它具有高度可控性、较好可扩展性、使用方便等优点,不仅可以直接作为主控芯片控制电路,也可以通过外接其他芯片进行接口、存储容量等的扩展,将单片机应用到煤矿安全生产中,主要有基于单片机的煤矿瓦斯检测系统设计与煤矿防尘喷雾系统设计,使煤矿瓦斯浓度得到合理控制,并保障了煤矿的干净、安全的环境,帮助煤矿安全生产工作更健康、有序地进行。
Single chip microcomputer is a highly integrated microprocessor chip with central processing unit,timer/counter,input/output and others.It has advantages of high controllability,good scalability,easy to use,and so on.It can not only be used directly as the main control chip to control circuit,but also have extension such as interface and storage capacity through external chips.The application of SCM in coal mine production safety can be summarized as the design of the coal mine gas detection system and coal mine dustproof spray system based on SCM.It makes reasonable control of the coal mine gas concentration,and ensures the clean and safe environment of coal mine,and helps coal mine production safety more healthy and orderly work.
