摘要
随着国家对石油化工装置排放要求的不断提高,需对裂解炉进行改造。在进行改造后的分析计算时,将后期改造产生的新增荷载单独施加到结构上,通过分析新增荷载对结构产生的应力增量,来验算改造后的裂解炉钢框架,最终确定加固方案。
With the increasing requirements for the emission of petrochemical facility from relevant governmental departments,it is necessary to reconstruct the existing cracking furnaces. The additional loading produced in reconstruction process was loaded individually into the structure in the analysis and calculation of the reconstructed cracking furnace. By analyzing the influence of stress increment on the structure,the reconstructed steel frame was verified so as to determine a reinforcement scheme.
