不锈钢焊缝连接承载性能研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 不锈钢因具有耐腐蚀性和耐久性强等优势,在建筑领域得到了广泛应用。焊接作为一种主要的连接方式,广泛应用于不锈钢结构的生产和装配领域。然而,目前我国没有颁布相关的不锈钢结构设计规范,国内外也鲜有专门针对不锈钢焊缝连接承载性能的研究成果。对欧洲规范Eurocode 3、美国规范SEI/ASCE 8-02、日本《不锈钢建筑结构设计标准》及中国《不锈钢结构技术规程》(送审稿)中关于不锈钢焊缝连接设计的规定进行了分析和比较,同时,对国内外学者在不锈钢焊缝连接承载性能方面的研究进展进行了总结。 With the advantages of favorable corrosion resistance and durability,stainless steel has been greatly applied in many structure constructions. As one of primary connection method,welding has been widely used during the production and assembly process of stainless steel structures. However,at present,there is no design code for stainless steel structure in China,and there are few experimental studies focusing on the bearing capability of welding connection. The design requirements for the bearing capability of stainless steel welding connections in Eurocode 3,SEI / ASCE 8- 02,Japanese Design and Construction Specifications for Stainless Steel Structures and Chinese Technical Code of Stainless Steel Structures were compared and analyzed,and the research progress on the bearing capability of stainless steel welding connections in domestic and abroad were summarized.
