摘要 随着我国钢结构制作技术的成熟和发展,钢桥的设计理念越来越新颖,钢桥的结构设计标新立异给加工制作带来了很大的挑战。以北京通州北运河桥主拱肋的制作为例,着重阐述弯扭箱形拱肋中单元件制作的工艺要点、制作难点及整体组焊技术工艺控制;另外对主拱肋节段间的预拼装方案进行介绍。 With the development of the manufacturing technology for steel structure in China,the design of steel bridge become more innovative and this innovation has brought great challenge to bridge manufacturing as well. The manufacturing technology of main arch rib for Beijing Tongzhou North Canal Bridge was introduced in this paper. The processing key points,manufacturing difficulties and integral assembly-welding control technology were emphatically described. In addition,the pre-assembly scheme for the main arch segments was introduced.
