摘要 在钢结构制作加工时,构件中不利的残余应力会直接导致构件出现变形、裂缝等缺陷。残余应力除了会影响钢构件的稳定性、疲劳强度以及抗应力腐蚀能力外,还会影响钢构件的使用年限和安全。首创丽泽工程的十字柱截面尺寸较小,板材较厚,焊接过程中极易产生焊接变形,通过分析十字柱产生焊接变形的原因,从坡口形式、焊接顺序、焊后校正等措施入手,对钢结构焊接变形的控制方法进行了探讨。 In the manufacturing process of steel structure, the unfavorable residual stress may directly lead to deformation,cracks and other defects. Residual stress can effect the stability,fatigue strength and stress corrosion resistance of steel components,as well as the service life and safety. Due to the characteristics of small cross-section and thick plate, the cross-shaped column applied in Shouchuang Lize Project was extremely easy to produce welding deformation. Through the analysis of welding deformation causes of cross-shaped column,welding deformation control methods were discussed in terms of groove type,welding sequence,post-welding calibration and so on.
