摘要 随着全球资源问题的愈发突出,2011年国务院在"十二五规划"中提出了加强对海洋资源的开发和利用,海洋工程相关技术与设备是开发海洋资源的根本。论文首先介绍了北斗系统的基本组成和功能,对其定位精度作了简要分析,并从远程通信与管理、数据实时传输、高精度定位以及紧急救援四个方面对北斗系统在海洋工程的应用进行了探索,总结了北斗系统在该领域的重要应用意义。 With the increasingly prominent problem of global resources,in 2011 the State Council in the "12th Five Year Plan" put forward to strengthen the development and utilization of marine resources,marine engineering related technology and equipment is the implementation of the development of marine resources.Firstly,the paper introduces the basic components and functions of the system,and analyzes the positioning accuracy of the Beidou system.The application of the Beidou System in the ocean engineering is explored from four aspects:remote communication and management,data real-time transmission,high precision positioning and emergency rescue.
