摘要
为探究颗粒的尺寸对其在人体肺泡域内沉积特性的影响,建立了二维球状肺泡模型。为使模拟工况与人体真实生理过程一致,采用正弦呼吸函数作为边界条件,并且采用动网格技术使肺泡作周期性的收缩扩张运动。整个模型的尺寸与人体真实肺泡尺寸一致,网格尺度达到了微米级,流场采用了直接数值模拟算法,颗粒采用拉格朗日方法追踪。
In order to investigate the effect of inhalable particle size on its deposition in the elastic alveoli,a two-dimensional spherical alveolar model was built. A sinusoidal velocity was imposed at the duct inlet,the alveoli contract and expand rhythmically to make the numerical simulation much accurate. The model size was consistent with the human real alveolar size and the mesh size reached micro-meter. In addition,direct numerical simulation( DNS) method was used and the particles were tracked in the frame of Lagrange.
