摘要 为了保证油气管道现场环焊缝的性能及安全,国外对高钢级管线钢的焊接进行了大量细致的研究。介绍了国外文献有关X80及其以上高强度管线钢现场焊接几个关键技术问题,其中包括钢管强度的分散性引起的焊缝匹配问题、材料的焊接性问题、氢致裂纹问题等,对从事管线钢焊接技术的研究很有启示。对我国高钢级管线钢现场焊接技术深化研究提出了建议。 In order to ensure the performance and safety of the oil and gas pipeline, a lot of researches have been carried out on the welding of high grade pipeline steel abroad. The researches on the several technical problems in the field of X80 and beyond high strength pipeline steel were introduced, which include the matching problem for the scatter of pipe strength, the welding problem of the material, and the hy- drogen induced crack problem. The researches have certain enlightenment function regarding the study on the welding technology of pipeline steel. The suggestions for the further research on the field welding technology of high grade pipeline steel in China are put forward.
