匹多莫德预防尖锐湿疣复发及免疫调节作用的研究

Recurrence of condyloma acuminatum and immunomodulatory effects of pidotimod

目的探讨分析匹多莫德预防尖锐湿疣复发及免疫调节作用。方法随机选取我院2013年4月至2015年3月期间接受治疗的80例尖锐湿疣患者,按入院单双序号分为对照组(40例)和研究组(40例),患者疣体均采用二氧化碳激光治疗进行去除,待伤口愈合后,给予干扰素和莫匹罗星软膏治疗,研究组在此治疗基础上给予匹多莫德进行治疗。结果治愈率研究组(87.5%)高于对照组(72.5%),复发率研究组(12.5%)低于对照组(27.5%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。比较两组患者治疗后T淋巴细胞亚群检测状况,包含CD4+/CD8+、CD8+、CD4+、CD3+等几方面,研究组均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床中尖锐湿疣疾病患者,可采用匹多莫德进行治疗,此药物可提高患者免疫功能,T淋巴细胞亚群失常状况得到调节,联合运德素和莫匹罗星软膏药物可降低疾病复发率,临床应用价值较大。

Objective： To analyze the immune function and recurrence of pidotimod on patients with condyloma acuminatum. Methods： Eighty patients with condyloma acuminatum who accepted treatments in our hospital from April,2013 to March,2015 were taken as the research subjects,and these patients were randomly divided into the control group（ 40 cases） and the study group（ 40 cases） according to the odd and even number. All patients were treated with the interferon and mupirocin ointment after the warts had been eliminated by CO2 laser while in the study group,on the basis of the treatment in the control group,they were treated with the pidotimod. Results： The cure rate of the two groups were compared,and the study group（ 87. 5%） was 15% higher than the control group（ 72. 5%）; The recurrence rates of the two groups were compared,and the study group（ 12. 5%） was 15% lower than the control group（ 27. 5%）,and there was a certain difference in the data,which had statistically significance（ P〈 0. 05）. The detection of T lymphocyte subsets after treatment in the two groups were compared,including CD4^＋/ CD8^＋,CD8^＋,CD4^＋,CD3^＋and so on several aspects,the study group were better than the control group,and the data had difference with statistical significance（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Clinical patients with condyloma acuminatum can be treated with pidotimod,which can improve the immune function of patients and obtain the adjustment of the situation in the disorder of T lymphocyte subsets,and the combination with topical interferon and mupirocin ointment drugs can reduce the rate of recurrence of the disease,thus has a great value in the clinical application.
