盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗慢性牙周炎的临床探讨

Clinical study of minocycline hydrochloride ointment in the treatment of chronic periodontitis

目的探究对慢性牙周炎患者应用盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗的效果。方法选取我院2014年1月-2015年1月收治的慢性牙周炎患者112例,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组56例。对照组患者常规应用碘甘油治疗,实验组患者应用盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗。结果实验组治疗总有效率(98.21%)明显高于对照组(76.79%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组牙龈指数、松动度、牙周袋深度均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对慢性牙周炎患者应用盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗可改善临床症状,操作便利,值得在临床之上推广应用。

Objective： To study on chronic periodontitis patients with application of minocycline hydrochloride ointment in the treatment effect. Methods： 112 cases of the patients were selected from January 2014 to January 2015 in our hospital and the randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 56 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given routine iodine glycerin treatment,the experimental group patients had minocycline hydrochloride ointment treatment. Results： The treatment effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the conventional group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： The application of minocycline hydrochloride ointment in the treatment can obtain a better effect on the disease of chronic periodontitis,improve the clinical symptoms,and it is easy in operation,which is worth clinical popularizing and applying.
