曼月乐治疗子宫腺肌病临床疗效分析

Analysis of clinical efficacy of Mirena treatment of adenomyosis

目的分析在对子宫腺肌病患者实施治疗的过程中曼月乐的临床疗效。方法选取我院在2012年6月-2014年12月收治的子宫腺肌病患者56例为研究对象,对患者采用放置曼月乐治疗,对曼月乐放置前后患者的临床治疗情况进行对比分析。结果放置曼月乐治疗3个月、6个月、12个月和24个月后患者月经量、痛经评分、子宫体积等指标均明显优于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用曼月乐对子宫腺肌病患者实施治疗,可以改善患者的各项临床治疗指标和临床症状,促进患者病情缓解,提高临床治疗的有效率和质量,值得予以临床推广和应用。

Objective： To analyze the clinical efficacy in the implementation of Mirena treatment on the patients with adenomyosis. Methods： Fifty- six cases of adenomyosis admitted in our hospital from June,2012 to December 2014 were used as the research object,the patients were given Mirena treatment,comparative analysis of the clinical treatment of patients was made before and after Mirena treatment. Results： After Mirena treatment for 3 months,6 months,12 months and 24 months,the patients＇ menstruation,dysmenorrhea,uterine volume and other indicators were significantly better than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： The Mirena treatment for patients with adenomyosis can improve the clinical indexes of patients,promote the patients＇ relief and improve the clinical treatment efficiency and quality,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
