奥沙利铂联合吉西他滨治疗55例晚期直肠癌效果

Combined therapy with gemcitabine and oxaliplatin in 55 cases of advanced rectal cancer effect

目的观察奥沙利铂联合吉西他滨治疗55例晚期直肠癌的临床效果。方法选取2011年7月-2015年7月期间我院收治的晚期直肠癌患者104例,随机分为观察组(55例)、对照组(49例)。对照组患者给予奥沙利铂治疗,观察组在此基础上联合应用吉西他滨进行治疗。观察两组的治疗效果及不良反应情况。结果观察组治疗有效率96.4%高于对照组的71.4%,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率和对照组比较差异较小,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论奥沙利铂联合吉西他滨治疗晚期直肠癌,临床效果显著,优于单用奥沙利铂的效果,并发症少,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective： To study the clinical effect of combination of gemcitabine oxaliplatin for the treatment with the late colorectal cancer were selected in July 2011- July 2015 in our hospital and were randomly divided into observation group（ 55 cases） and control group（ 49 cases）. The control group patients were given oxaliplatin treatment,observation group had the combined gemcitabine and oxaliplatin treatment to observe the therapeutic effect of two groups and adverse reactions. Results： The effective rate of the observation group treatment was 96. 4%,higher than 71. 4% of the control group,which had statistical significance（ P〈 0. 05）; There was small differences in incidence of adverse reactions and there was no statistical significance（ P〉 0. 05）. Conclusion： The clinical effect of oxaliplatin combined with gemcitabine in the the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer,is remarkable and has fewer complications,which is worth popularizing in clinical application.
