跌倒坠床评估在住院患者中的临床应用效果

目的探讨跌倒坠床评估在临床中的应用效果。方法将2012年1—12月老年康复科收治的住院患者158例为对照组,与2013年1—12月的住院患者158例为观察组进行比较;对照组采用常规的健康宣教、治疗及康复护理,观察组是在对照组的基础上运用跌倒坠床评估对入院患者进行跌到、坠床的危险因素评估,制定落实相应护理措施。结果观察组跌倒、坠床1例,明显优于对照组的跌倒、坠床7例,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论跌倒、坠床评估的临床应用,可有效防范跌倒、坠床的发生率,保障患者的健康安全。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of fall and falling out of bedevaluation system in inpatients. Methods In the elderly rehabilitation department, 158 patients were selected intoa control group from January to Decem- ber, 2012 and 158 patients were selected into an observation group from January to December, 2013, and the former re- ceived the routine health education, treatment and rehabilitation nursing and the latter, in addition to the routine interven- tions above mentioned, received the fall and falling out of bedevaluation system so as to formulate and implement the corre- sponding nursing measures. Results In the observation group, only one case had fall and falling out of bed, which was superior to the control group that had 7 cases （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of fall and falling out of bed evalu- ation system can effectively prevent from fall and falling out of bedin elderly patients.
