某高校校医院门诊疾病统计分析

Statistical analysis of outpatient diseases in a university hospital

目的了解该校校医院门诊常见疾病的分布情况,以便对常见疾病进行有效预防、诊断及治疗。方法对该校校医院2014年9至12月患者就诊情况进行收集分类并统计分析。结果 2014年9至12月该校医院门诊就诊人数共计25 378例次,其中内科疾病发病人数19 868例次,常见疾病17种。皮肤科、妇科、眼科、口腔科、创伤康复科、外科及其他专业疾病就诊人数6 554例次。结论该校校医院就诊患者中,内科疾病最为常见,约占就诊人数的78.29%,应做好全校师生的疾病预防保健工作,并对常见疾病做出准确诊断并积极治疗。

Objective To understand the distribution of common diseases in anoutpatient department of a universi- ty hospital, so as to provide the evidence for improving the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of common diseases. Methods From September to December 2014, the status of outpatients in the hospital was investigated and the data were statistically analyzed. Results There were 25 378 case-times of outpatients in the hospital,including 19 868 case-times of patients with internal diseases. There were 17 kinds of common diseases. There were 6 554 case-times of patients with skin, gynecology, ophthalmology, stomatology, surgery and other diseases. Conclusion Among the diseases of the outpa- tients in the university hospital, the internal diseases are most common, accounting for 78.29%.The prevention and treat- ment of common diseases should be strengthened.
